I’m an eclectic therapist, taking everything I've learned over the past 10+ years and adapting it to meet the unique needs of my clients. This might include art therapy, CBT, trauma-informed, and many more.
I've found that the way we talk to ourselves and prioritize our self-care greatly affects our mental health and how we relate to others. This is why I focus on self-care with all my patients -- if we don't prioritize ourselves, no one else will.
I especially like incorporating humor into my sessions, as well as creating a space that welcomes people exactly as they are.
